Huge McMansion home with good bones and a lot of potential, but needs some significant tlc, repairs and some cosmetic spruce ups--especially in the bathrooms, painting, and the upstairs carpeting needs replacing. The hardwood flooring throughout much...
of the first floor appears to be in good condition. Huge kitchen, open to the two story great room. Large wet bar area. First floor master suite on one side of the home and another smaller first floor master suite on the other side. 4 good sized bedrooms upstairs, along with a loft sitting area and stairs up to an unfinished floored attic that also could be finished off. The basement is huge and has a level walk-out and door to the garage, but is unfinished. The pool needs work. The pool house has a large wet bar and two small powder rooms. The home sets well back off the road and has a circular driveway and the the driveway also goes around to the 3-car garage at the basement level. Most of the 6 acre + lot is wooded , but there is a large level potential lawn area to one side. Much of the landscaping around the home is overgrown, but has potential to be beautiful one day. Good commute location.

RCD
Rural Community District
The Rural Community District RCD is intended to maintain a mix of farms, forests, and residential uses, retain historic and scenic areas, and protect watersheds, fish, and wildlife. These goals are to be achieved in part through the mandatory clustering of subdivisions on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with a minimum of 60 percent of the subdivision to be permanently preserved as open space. It is the intent to maintain a low residential density within this district while still allowing for some use of Transferable Development Rights TDRs. To avoid drawing traffic onto rural roads commercial uses are limited.
