Welcome Home! This well-maintained end unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You will notice as you walk up to the front door that the storm door is newer as that has been replaced. As you walk in the front door and enter the foyer, you will see a closet which is convenient for hanging up your guests' coats. As you walk to your left you will enter the living room and will see the first set of sliding doors that have been replaced. From the living room, ahead you will enter the family room, or if you prefer, the dining room, which has a second set of sliding doors that were also replaced. Both sliding doors take you out to the patio where you can spend your time relaxing. As you get to the kitchen, you will see newer appliances, plenty of counter space and cabinets. Also, on the main floor there is another room that you can use as a family room or dining room depending on your preference. There is a half bath on the main floor. Then you head upstairs to find the three bedrooms and laundry area. Two of the three bedrooms have walk-in closets. The bath in the Master bedroom has been fully renovated in 2023 and the hall bath has a new vanity and new flooring, both done within the last year. There are newer windows throughout. In addition, the HVAC has just been replaced in September 2024 and the Hot Water Heater is being installed on October 14, 2024. The association takes care of the exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, water, lawn care, trash removal, and snow removal. There is a community pool, basketball court, and playground. Home is located right up the street from the local public schools in the Spring Ford Area. There is not much left for you to do besides move in and add your personal touches!

R3
Residential District
It is hereby declared to be the intent of this Article with respect to R-3 Residential Districts to establish reasonable controls and standards of performance for single-family, two-family and townhouse dwellings in those areas of Upper Providence Township where the existing community character and the presence or planned extension of sewer and water facilities would most readily accommodate. Furthermore, it is the intent of this Article to encourage the optional intermixing of two-family and townhouse dwellings and/or single-family detached dwellings on smaller tracts and the required intermixing of at least two of these dwellings on larger tracts in order to promote a variety of income levels and life styles within a single, planned development in the Township's developing neighborhoods, which would have the essential facilities, open spaces and amenities to support such an intermixing, for the benefit of the residents of the development and in furtherance of the general welfare of Upper Providence Township.
