Take a float trip from the community to Front Royal (340/522 bridge) takes about 2-2.5 hours with much more shallow areas. The community is 5 miles from Front Royal, Strasburg and Elizabeth Furnace. 8 miles from Skyline Drive entrance. Within 5 miles are parking areas for Buzzard Rock, Signal Knob and Elizabeth Furnace which has pavilions and big fields. Passage Creek with many pull off spots and water holes, also known for Trout fishing. Head to Front Royal for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Strasburg is known for antique shopping and has a great fireworks display. * Newly remodeled kitchen, cabinets, granite countertops, new stainless appliances, new fixtures, paint and vinyl tile flooring! The interior of the house is freshly painted, all new carpeting. Powder room has just been remodeled as well. Living and dining room have new wood grain plank flooring. Replacement windows(double hung, double pane). The exterior of the home, garage and shed has just been power washed along with the guttering. A new insulated garage door just replaced!
