About this home
What a wonderful find! Located in one of our more desirable neighborhoods, close to town, near the community gardens and easy access to services. This home has a lot to offer both inside and out. The kitchen is the heart of the house opening to both dining and living rooms, making for easy entertaining or keeping track of the family! The living room is a great room with lots of windows for light and air, overlooking the in-ground pool and the full back yard. The master is huge, and should take a king sized bed. There is a family room, nicely finished, in the lower level and the utility room has a 1/2 bath for convenience! Direct entry garage, drive right in and stay warm and dry as you unload. Nicely done, well maintained, this home is looking for the next new owner who will love the location, pool and the convenience of living so close to town, but a country feeling neighborhood.

Residential Neighborhood District
The Residential Neighborhood District is composed of high- to moderate-density residential neighborhoods extending outward from downtown Brattleboro and West Brattleboro village, and along the Route 9 corridor. While primarily residential in use, these neighborhoods vary significantly in the form and density of housing they offer, and include traditional neighborhoods, post-war suburban-style neighborhoods, multi-family developments, townhouses and mobile home parks. The land within this district is generally served by municipal water and sewer. Walkability and proximity to public transit service, neighborhood stores, schools, parks and other amenities varies by neighborhood. The purpose of this district is to allow a diverse range of housing, encourage an increase in and improvement of the town’s housing stock, and promote more compact, walkable neighborhoods in balance with protection of neighborhood character and quality of life, and in accordance with the policies of the Brattleboro Town Plan.
