Adam Levine is the second judge from “The Voice” this week to list his home (Pharrell Williams’ listed his Miami penthouse yesterday). Levine’s stunning Beverly Hills pad hit the market yesterday for $17.5 million. The Maroon Five singer purchased the 7,100square-foot home back in 2012 for $4.83 million. He also listed his New York City loft in April for $5.5 million. It looks like Adam Levine and his stunning wife, Victoria Secret model Behati Prinsloo, may be looking to buy a family home. The couple revealed in March that they’re expecting their first child! With the sale of his NYC loft and Beverly Hills abode, Adam Levine will have plenty of money to put down on a brand new home for his family— $23 million exactly if he can sell these homes at list price.
This stylish bachelor pad is a unique find. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property features a screening room, gym, pool, tennis court and walls of glass that look out on spectacular canyon views. One of the most interesting features of the luxe property is the two-story car garage, with an elevated lift and a card room (we bet this is where Adam invites the rest of Maroon Five for poker nights). Adam Levine’s house certainly earns style points, but with a baby girl on the way, we understand why the couple is looking for a new home.
With the average home price at $4.8million in Beverly Hills, CA., Levine’s exquisite estate is certainly dream-worthy.
