The Redfin Data Center is a free resource for downloadable housing market data, including home prices, sales, inventory, tours and offers. Since Redfin is a real estate brokerage, it has access to data from the multiple listing services (MLSs) in the areas where Redfin has agents, as well as data on the change in the number of Redfin clients requesting home tours and making offers, which no one else in the industry offers. With the launch of the Redfin Data Center, Redfin is making this data accessible to everyone.

The Redfin Data Center is powered by Tableau, which makes it easy to download, visualize and share the data. Check out the video above for more information on how to use the new site.
