This $7.2 million house hit the market on June 16th, and at first glance it looks like your normal L.A. mansion, but it’s so much more.This house is the ultimate party pad! This elaborate estate also includes a home theater and a huge walk-in shower. Our favorite feature has to be the luxurious deck with dream-worthy views of the Sunset Strip–it’s perfect for throwing the greatest BBQ ever!

This L.A. home features everything you need to never leave home again, which explains the high price tag. The average list price for a home in West Los Angeles is $1.79 million, which makes this home a splurge at just over $7 million. But, with this party palace you can have all the joys of Vegas right in your own backyard.
