5. Stranger Things – Atlanta, GA

If you’re looking to go to the fictional town of Hawkinson, IN the closest thing you’ll get to the Stranger Things film location is Atlanta, GA. The city is the capital of Georgia and one of the largest metropolitan areas in the United States.
