Zooey Deschanel is selling her Los Angeles estate for $2.195 million, and it’s no surprise that her abode is just as cute as she is!

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home was built in 1933 and is full of charm and original details, including French doors in many of the rooms that bring in tons of natural light. The kitchen was recently remodeled and updated with new appliances, but it still maintains that antique feel with cobalt blue cabinets, white marble countertops, a farmhouse sink and brass accents. We really love the blue and white tiled floor! Well done, Zooey.

The formal dining room is a bit more rustic, with a pitched wooden ceiling and a dark wood dining room table set. The dining room seamlessly flows into the living room, which is also full of character. There’s a wood-burning fireplace, a wood-beamed ceiling and a dark wood floor. The 35-year-old star is a musician, so it’s appropriate that the living room also features a piano.

The 2,957-square-foot home sits on half an acre, and there is a separate guest house. According to property records, “The New Girl” star owned the property with her former husband, Death Cab for Cutie front man Ben Gibbard. The two split back in 2011.

It’s no surprise that she is trying to unload her former crib. The actress just scooped up another property with her fiancé, producer Jacob Pechenik. The Cape Cod style home in Manhattan Beach was more expensive than Deschanel’s former home, at $4.569 million. It’s also a bit bigger, which makes sense;  the couple is expecting their first child soon and will most likely need the extra space for their growing family.
