About Cat
Cat Larrow is a managing broker and the owner of Homestead Home Group, where she helps people buy and sell rural homes, land, and lifestyle properties across Western Washington. For more than 13 years she's worked throughout Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis County (from Eatonville out to the smaller communities most agents don't know well), guiding over 300 buyers and sellers along the way.
Her specialty is the kind of property that doesn't fit a standard listing: acreage and homesteads, farms and horse properties, cabins and weekend retreats. These come with questions a typical sale never raises, like wells, septic, soil, surveys, zoning, and whether a piece of land is actually buildable. The way Cat sees it, her job is to get those answers out in the open early, so you can make a confident decision instead of an expensive guess.
Clients tend to describe her the same way: genuine, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low-pressure.
