Cat was very knowledgeable about the market. She researched comparisons and offered her professional opinion giving us a range to price our home. We sold it within 10 days at the asking price. It was just before the market was slowing down and another round of increasing interest rates occurred. She was awesome to work with and quick to respond to our questions. She looked out for our best interest. We would definitely hire her for future real estate transactions.

Being new to the state Cat took the time to discuss the market in Washington and showed us various properties in large cities and small towns to see where we would be most comfortable. Once settled on an area she would send us daily notifications of different properties ready for our viewing. She was easily accessible through text messages and email and answered all of our questions no matter how big or small.

Forthcoming, thorough, flexible, professional, thoughtful, resourceful, casual, understanding, prompt, knowledgeable, and confident are how I would describe Cat in handling the sale of our property. Cat took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, and presented informative information that I was not aware of. Once things got rolling, Cat communicated effectively and kept us updated on things, while offered to and took care of any issues that came up. Cat was very confident and flexible in her approach, and I am happy I took her advise on many choices; she's clearly the expert. I feel we were treated as individuals, with our own quirkinesses that she was willing to embrace. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I'd work with her again in the future.
