Our family can strongly recommend Cathleen Jernigan as a realtor in the Tucson area. Our military family was extremely blessed to have Cathleen to guide us as we house hunted overseas, never in-person. Cathleen more than rose to the challenge and was our eyes on the ground. She was excellent with timely and accessible communication, despite our huge time difference. From the minute we met with Cathleen she was willing to help in all aspects of buying a home. She connected us to the right people to get us approved. It took about 6 months before we were able to qualify but she patiently waited for us and when we were approved to move forward she was right there ready for the crazy ride of buying a home. She made sure we understood the process every step of the way. We literally just had to show up. She did all the foot work. The process went so smoothly, from putting in our offer to signing at closing, we kept wondering when the bumps would come. But they didn't because Cathleen knows her work! Without hesitation, I have and will always recommend her to future home buyers.

We were introduced informally to Cathleen through a mortgage lender as part of a Zillow search. Cathleen was very attentive to our needs and very easy to work with. During a short visit to the area she made time to prepare for a full day of visits and show us a wide variety of properties that met our criteria. Cathleen also made the closing process very easy and was very helpful with other details post closing. I would gladly recommend Cathleen again - and I have already done so!

I had a different Realator. I could not count on my previous realtor to get me the house I wanted. Therefore I called Cathleen. Cathleen got me the house I wanted when my previous realtor told me it wasn't possible. She was also able to get the house for me when offers were about to close in 6 hours! When she picked up she went straight to work.
