Cinnamin was awesome to work with!! Im fairly stubborn and strong willed and she met me at every step which was great! Everything was super organized and we had zero bumps in the road even when we lost our buyer, she had another backup one ready to go that same day and we closed higher then we would have with the first!

She is the best of the best!!!! I have had the best experience ever selling a home, and I have purchased and sold several over my lifetime. I am so glad I interviewed her and decided to have her represent me in this sale. Redfin has an excellent model in the real estate business with seperating out their agents to either sell or buy with a client. Maybe some day other companies will realize how it improves the client's experience, and would ultimately raise the agent's expertise.

Cinnamin was wonderful. She helped us every step of the way and always responded promptly to our questions. Her team was great especially the photographers and internet coverage. Cinnamin was very easy to work with and even helped us with finding vendors for house repairs.

I was a little apprehensive about using Redfin versus our amazing realtor of previous. Cinnamin took the time to educate me about Redfin during our initial meeting which eased many of my concerns. I am happy to report that Cinnamin was very responsive with our seemingly favorite form of communication being text and email. When required ,we easily found time to talk via phone or in person when necessary. We did not have an easy sale and ended up using a contractor she recommended for a required sewer repair. Throughout our tough sale Cinnamin was sympathetic, supportive, and offered solutions and recommendations. Not only can I claim to easily recommend Cinnamin to others, I have, which I believe really says it all!

Cinnamin & the Redfin team were outstanding. 1. Cinnamin did a great job of defending my price point & sold my house for 5k over the original asking price. 2. She did a phenomenal job of truly being MY ADVOCATE. The buyer returned & asked for a 3rd walk through. Cinnamin insisted that a signed offer by both parties occur PRIOR to the walk through (which is exactly what occurred). 3. I was closing on a house simultaneously out of state & was out of town when tha appraiser wanted to see the house. Cinnamin adjusted her schedule & met him to ensure there were no delays. 4. Her communication was flawless. Among other things, Cinnamin responded immediately when my out of state buying realtor needed contract information etc. This was a huge help, especially when I was in the midst of moving....
