Our open house was a big success, with potential buyers lined up in their cars down the street, waiting for their turn. Niki's advice on how to present the house was spot on. The intense interest in the house brought on competitive bidding. The first bid backed out, but Nike then brought us an even higher bid, substantially above asking. Again, NIki maintained a steadfast, positive outlook throughout....and in the end, it all worked out.
