Being in sales myself, I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to selling and marketing. Rick was amazing to work with! He provided a solid marketing strategy using all available social media and real estate media, along with leveraging his personal contacts in the industry to sell our home, in a slowing market that is saturated with new construction, in just two weeks! The challenge of getting a house sold is to get it seen, Rick used his social media marketing skills to drive views of our property to the point that our home had double the number of views as all the other 6 properties listed in our neighborhood combined. Rick is one of the best returns that I have had the pleasure of working with on my new endeavor. I used to flip houses for a living.
