Being in sales myself, I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to selling and marketing. Rick was amazing to work with! He provided a solid marketing strategy using all available social media and real estate media, along with leveraging his personal contacts in the industry to sell our home, in a slowing market that is saturated with new construction, in just two weeks! The challenge of getting a house sold is to get it seen, Rick used his social media marketing skills to drive views of our property to the point that our home had double the number of views as all the other 6 properties listed in our neighborhood combined. Rick is one of the best returns that I have had the pleasure of working with on my new endeavor. I used to flip houses for a living. The first thing that I would do is fire the relator because most of them are very lazy. I met Rick and I usually fire realtors for fun, but Rick understood why. I gave him a chance and he is one of the most talented and honest person who I have ever met.

Rick helped us with the purchase of our new home at 8293 Pavia Way in Lake Club of Lakewood ranch. Rick was knowledgeable in all facets of the purchase, the process, and took time out to give us a tour of the clubhouses and golf courses associated with the membership that was transferring with the home. Rick did our walkthrough for us since we were remote, and also left us a gift at the house on the day of close. We would absolutely recommend him and use him again.

We were looking for a house that had specific qualifications, and Rick was able to meet each one of those, while negotiating a great purchase price for our family.
