Tanner was great to work with. He is knowledgeable and walked us through the purchase process, anticipating questions and concerns before we asked! There were multiple offers on the property we purchased, and without Tanner's assistance and expertise I do not believe we would have gotten the property! When we are ready to buy or sell real estate in the area again, Tanner will be our first call.

I am so thankful for tanner and his kindness we had our offer accepted in April and didn't close until September and he was there all the way helping us through it! I would also like to note that the closing delays were not at the fault of tanner at all it all had to do with an incompetent mortgage company tanner is amazing! We can not recommend Tanner enough! We came from out of state and were unfamiliar with the New Hampshire purchasing process, Tanner walked us through it and answered every question we had, if he did not know it off hand he did his research. We had to do a little negotiating on the price of the house and Tanner got us exactly what we asked for. He also helped us get set up with our utilities since we were out of state. And as an added bonus, when we were out of town and had packages delivered in the snow, he went out of his way to put it in the house and since the packages were wet, he opened them up and put them in front of the heater for them to dry for us. He is the kind of person who is willing to do the work to help you!
