I want to preface this by saying that I think Tim is a good person. He's incredibly candid, courteous, and laid-back. Full disclosure: I'm also a first-time buyer so there were a lot more unknowns and uncertainty for me than your average buyer. I have been thinking about what I could say about Tim Fletcher for weeks after closing on our house because this is the most important review a person may ever read. I am so not into BS. I am so very much into alerting people of anything that could give them a bad experience or business practices that are suspect. This is why this review is so important to me. In the real estate world, we often see these sales people like we might see a "used car salesperson" ...not about the merchandise but only in their tenacity or very ambitious ways of selling. Leave feedback on your experience working with Timothy Fletcher here...The reason I chose redfin was primarily because I didn't want the pressure from a "typical" real estate agent, I wanted to take my time and look at different areas and my options of what is out there on the market. Tim Fletcher was the best experience I could have had. He was always available, helpful, friendly, punctual and my fiancé and I felt at complete ease working with him, he was always very patient with whatever we chose to look at. I can't speak highly enough of him and would certainly recommend he and Redfin to anyone looking to buy a house, it was a pain free, easy experience throughout the whole process.

I was a first time home buyer. I had no idea what an ordeal I was getting myself into. Timothy (Tim) was amazing in walking me thru all the steps to get me into my condo. I never felt like something "Shady" was going on. If I had a question or problem Tim was right there, either thru a phone call, text, and or email to answer my question. There were a couple times when I was a bit lackadaisical in my response to a task that needed to be done, and Tim was there to set me straight. To do tasks need to be done immediately if you want everyone involved to take one seriously in today's home market, I learned.
