Remarkable executive home, located within Windward Estates, one of Haiku’s favorite communities. Enjoy huge ocean views as you lounge outside under 2,200 sf covered wrap-around lanai, or from the inside, through a wall of glass doors and windows. Open architecture allows freedom of movement throughout. Split floor plan adds to the functionality of this warm and inviting home while the wood-burning fireplace adds to the ambiance. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and a beautiful koa-top, island bar with a chef’s gas cooktop where your guests can be seated and entertained, as you dazzle them with your preparation of your delicious banana flambe! Mexican Saltillo tiled flooring upstairs, downstairs and out on the lanai. Over two acres of grassy lawn, privacy hedging, grapefruit, starfruit, dragonfruit, Surinam cherry, coconut and papaya. Stucco exterior, all fresh paint and a beautiful new roof. This property is indeed, a very rare find.
