As you open the front door of this magnificent five bedroom, five and-one-half bathroom home, you’re greeted with an open marble foyer. The foyer’s staircase is a butterfly staircase to the garage entry, laundry room and kitchen area. Upon entering the home, hardwood floors span throughout the entire open concept first level where the living room allows plenty of natural light and leads to a spacious, two-story-high office via French pocket-doors. Marked by architectural pillars, the living room not only affords access to the office area, but also access to the dining room with backyard views and a step-down conservatory game room. These areas allow for plenty of room to gather and enjoy the company of family and friends. At the back of the house sits the hearth of the home in a distinguished kitchen, highlighted by a breakfast nook, custom onyx backsplash, and new GE appliances, which include a double-wall oven and five-burner stove. The generous counter space and oversized island provide additional cabinetry for storage. Connected via an open archway and marked by 24-foot-high ceilings, the grand family room offers natural oil-rubbed, hardwood flooring, built-in custom cabinetry, and a Venetian plastered fireplace mantel that complements the dining room’s custom Venetian plaster walls. If the first floor isn’t convincing that this family home has everything you need, move to the second-floor space. Spanning throughout the entire second floor are newly laid, wide-plank hardwood floors. The master bedroom provides not just one, but two walk-in closets along with a dedicated vanity area and a laundry chute to the first-floor laundry room. In addition, the heated Travertine floors in the master bath afford extra comfort during those frigid winter mornings. Moving along, the second floor embraces a Princess Suite, as well as bedroom three and bedroom four that are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which is complete with an oversized, walk-in shower and tub area. Continuing through the home, the lower level is uniquely marked by 9-foot-high ceilings and tumbled Travertine stone floors, includes its own kitchen with natural cherry wood cabinets, GE Café appliances, a 12-foot granite island, porcelain ceramic farmhouse kitchen sink, bridge oil-bronzed faucet, and three, bronze lantern chandeliers. Next to the kitchen sits a 9-foot, custom mahogany English Pub-style bar with ample storage that provides an instant vibe to gather and converse; marked by elegant, arched designs, carvings, and columns. Not surprisingly, the spacious lower level of this luxury home also includes an in-law suite complete with a sitting area, plenty of natural light, a large closet, custom glass shower tiled with Travertine stone, and access to the two-tiered patio. Outside, the built-in propane lines provide easy use for the outdoor grilling station, refrigerator, and the heated, concrete poured pool with a tranquil waterfall spillway. Finally, this everything-you-could-want-in-a-luxury-home also includes inside access to and from the garage – with a staircase from the garage to the lower level.
