One floor living in Wilson Schools! This ranch home has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1,148 sq. ft. of living space. Nice kitchen with tile floors, center island with cook top, Jen Air range, recessed lighting and plenty of windows. There is also a living room which is open to the dining room. The basement has a wood burning stove and provides plenty of storage space. Nice level lot with mature trees. Great, well maintained neighborhood and located on a dead end street. The home currently has oil heat, however the home could be switched over to gas. This one won't last long.
