This original row home is in the heart of Sinking Spring and is in walking distance of local grocery stores and businesses! Not only is it in the Wilson school district, but it's also just minutes from access to major highways. This is being sold AS IS, but has great potential, with a little facelift and personal touch to be something great! Don't miss your opportunity to see this and envision how to turn it into what it's meant to be.
