We purchased a new construction home and Eddie was instrumental in working with the builder to have certain errors corrected. Also, he was very sharp and relentless during the negotiation process resulting in thousands of dollars in savings to us. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and selling our home. As an example, when our buyers financing fell through, he worked in collaboration with the buyers realtor to help them get reapproved through a different company. Without his expertise, our sale would fallen through.
