It’s an exciting time at Redfin as we continue to grow our team of incredible agents and managers! Please help me give a warm welcome to the folks who joined us in April.
Some of this talented crew are brand new to Redfin, bringing valuable experience from all corners of the industry. I also have a special place in my heart for the people who choose to return to Redfin after time away. One of the agents I’m excited to welcome back is Tom Hendershot, who is rejoining our Oakland team after a brief hiatus at another brokerage. Tom started at Redfin back in 2009 and spent 14 years in various agent roles, including managing teams of other agents.
“I’ve always been such a fan of Redfin, and I came back because I realized that fire was still there,” Tom said. “Having been at Redfin for such a large part of my career, I didn’t appreciate how far ahead we are in terms of technology and support until seeing how the rest of the industry operates. I don’t have to worry about finding my own team or the tools to work seamlessly – it’s all part of the package. I’m also excited about Redfin Next because it really benefits the agent for closing both Redfin deals and our own sphere.”
