Angela was very passive and did not give a lot of feedback regarding the homes.
Angela's Response
At Redfin, we try to strike a balance between providing useful advice and perspective on the one hand and not making our clients feel like we are trying to pressure them into a sale on the other hand. In this case it looks like we erred in not offering our opinion as to the positive and negative features of the homes that were being viewed. In the future, we will work to provide more feedback in a way that does not make anyone feel like they are being pressured into a home they may not want. |

Angela is very sweet, very personable, and is accessible. Which are all great traits! As a person, she is beyond great. However, as an agent, it's difficult to get follow-up. We expect our agent to be on top of their game, to get us information we need, to be thorough and complete, and this is where she was lacking. We expected a completely different experience than the one we got. While again, Angela was very kind and available, we felt like we had an inexperienced agent who was not informed enough to guide us and help us make the wisest choices. We're going to look for a traditional agent who will act more aggressively and pro-actively on our part. |
