Michael provided more than we could have ever hoped for, we always felt as if we were the most important client. Michael made sure every step along the way that we were left with no unanswered questions. In our experience with him. Michale was there for each question we had and in several areas loan, and inspection Michael always came back to us with the correct answer. I do not think I can say enough great things about Michael but 6am to 10pm if I had a question I got a answer. Michael is a honest,genuine person who cared in the process which made us feel comfortable in the transaction. I hope he is still a Realtor should we decide to buy another home.

Mike has done two transactions for # 1 a Mobil Home all went as he told us, # 2 is a home in Yucaipa, Ca. He listed it and was sold the next day, if we look at the market at that time this was awesome!!! Our experience with Mike is if he tells you something you had better be ready as it is going to happen!

Mike is an awesome real estate agent. He helped me through the hardest times where i have left others. Mike to me is the best you can ask for when it comes to buying a house. He is a great guy too.

Michael did above and beyond his job. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing. Michael walked us through each house telling us the pros and cons of each property. In addition, he had great communication. Whenever we had a question he responded via phone, e-mail or text instantly. Our lender gave us constant problems by not communicating with us, so Michael had step in and answer questions about the lending process . If he did not know the answer to our questions he would find someone who did. Even when we closed on our home, we had some issues with the plumbing, he helped contact our home warranty company. We would and will recommend him to any of our friends and family. In search for a home, we saw a lot of incompetence,from lenders and other agents but Michael was far from incompetent, he made sure the process of buying a home ran as smooth as possible. We are extremely grateful to him and will work with him in the future for the purchase of our second home.

My husband and I so blessed that we have Michael as our Realtor. As a first time home buyer, he worked with us step by step. He had lots of patience with us when we have queries. We definitely recommend him to our friends and relatives or acquaintances.

Michael found the house that suit our need and listened kind the house we want to buy, we look more or less 15 to 20 houses until as late as 8.30 p.m.in some occacion we have to use flash light.

What myself and my husband liked most about Mike compared to the four other agents we dealt with in our home buying process was that he was honest. He would let you know if something wasn't right. He wouldn't walk into every house and want you to write an offer right then and there. He will continue to look at houses with you until you find the one that is right for you and not try to push you to buy. He wants you to be happy in the end.

Very professional and easy going. Was not the pushy type agent that was looking just for a commission. As first time home buyers, he took his time and made sure we were getting what we wanted. He treated us like family and we really believed he wasn't going to let us just settle on a home. We hope he stays in Real Estate for many more years as we would use him again when we are looking for investment properties.
