I don't have any other house buying experiences to compare this one to, but it sure seemed easy with Brad holding our hand when we needed it. He answered all our naive questions very patiently and explained things very clearly. He made a supposedly stressful process quite nice and easy. Thanks Brad! You're a great guy!
