Absolutely professional. We took a very long time to buy a house and in fact dropped out of two offers before buying the house we are in. Debbie was encouraging throughout and had our best interest firmly in mind. If not for her we would not have bought a house.

Debbie is professional and worked hard to get the huse sold. Being an absentee owner, Debbie took control of the process and provided access to the property when needed, got minor repairs done and even put together bids for some work that helped ultimately sell the property.

She really cares.

Working with Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She went far above and beyond what I think most real estate agents would do. We looked at so many homes, and had a few complicated multi-offer short sale escrows. Debbie never gave up hope and wouldn't let us settle - she stayed optimistic for us throughout the long process. She is thoughtful and never pushy, and it felt like she became a member of our family. Because of Debbie we found a home we love in a wonderful neighborhood. We are so thankful to have chosen to work with her and we miss her now that we closed! Thanks Debbie!

I wandered into an open house in an area of west santa cruz where i wished i could find a home, and that's how i met debbie. that particular house wasn't right for me, but she was extremely warm and friendly, and asked if i'd like her to let me know about properties i might like as they came up. i could tell she loved her work, and i knew I would like to work with her. debbie knew exactly what i was looking for, and never sent me to any properties that weren't right. she found me the house that i eventually bought, and i'm thrilled with it.

She was awesome! she is very smart and energetic and personable. i have already referred some people to her.

Debbie was great! She was very patient and explained everything to me about the process, short sales and banked owned properties. Her follow through was impeccable! I would highly recommend her and actually have (although he is not ready to buy now but will be in the future)!
