Debbie Gates is very professional, easy to work with, knows the sellers emotional pain. A great real estate agent to represent any property.

In our opinion, the house sold itself. Debbie really did nothing to expedite the sale. She was difficult to get in contact with, and dissappeared for days at a time. Debbie made the mistake of over-promissing and under-delivering. She sold us on her ability to negotiate, but when it came time to get tough, she basically said it's the best we could hope for, and made us feel like we were being difficult. We had multiple offers within the first two weeks of listing, and were an easy sale (the house was spot-less, and always available to show). The house would have sold at our asking price, if we had really wanted to be "difficult."

Debbie promptly set up listings for us to view. She has personal knowledge of the Simi Valley area and was able to steer us toward suitable neighborhoods and homes. Debbie has great interpersonal skills and used those skills to secure a great house at a great price for us. Way to go Debbie!

Debbie Gates far exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent. I always felt that she was looking out for me and had my best interests in mind over making a quick sale. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something - I felt like she was advising me based on her experience, which is exactly what I wanted. She is not one of those agents that tells you it is always a great time to buy. I felt that she was very realistic and honest about her assessment of the market and of each house we looked at. Debbie was easy to work with and would go out of her way to make sure the home buying experience went well for me. She did not hesitate to pay out of her own pocket to cover expenses that were not her responsibility. She continued to work with me even after I moved in to make sure all went well. I am very glad I was able to work with Debbie and can not imagine the process being any smoother.

Trustworthy, works hard for you and is expedient. Having an agent is a big investment, and Deborah, well, you can't put a price on her representing you or your family with a home transaction. She is extremely knowledgeable, smart, and has a wonderfully positive attitude. At the same time, very honest and up front, which as a client, I look for out of an agent. You are going to spend a lot of money on a home, its vital to have the right person help you. I will always use Debbie for representation with real estate purchases!
