I was very impresse by Febe and the Redfin team she works with. There were three occasions where members of her team met me at locations that were convenient for me (and probably inconvenient for them). The home-buying process is inherently difficult, but they did there best to make it as painless and easy as they could. The rebate two days after closing sure made me happy too....Go Redfin! |

I was very disappointed with my experience. Key messages were not delivered to the seller during negotiations, and ultimately, another seller was able to purchase the property for a lower price. The only silver lining was that my frustration led me to work with Allie - who did great!

Excellent experience overall. We did have the house picked out and an offer prepared when we were told the the selling agent's contract with the seller would have paid the full 6% to the seller if we didn't use an agent. Instead of giving them the extra 3%, we found Redfin and split that money. Febe prepared the offer quickly first thing the next morning and submitted it. The offer expire… more |
