Fernando was pretty absent throughout my home-buying process. Many times I had a very hard time getting in touch with him, even when I was ready to make an offer. Most times I got more advice, tips, and feedback from field agents than from him. I never even met him. Fernando worked around the clock during the holiday season (including Christmas Eve) to help us in our bid for a property. In addition to always being professional and knowledgeable, he was also immensely patient, which was helpful to us first-time home-buying/bidding novices. We would definitely like to work with Fernando in the future. |
