Overall, not bad. Prompt response on both email and phone, handled most thing professionally. But anyone who wants to use Redfin agents please remember this - you get what you pay for. You need to go through all the documents carefully yourself, expect small / big mistakes here and there. Don't expect Redfin agent to do much presentation / negotiation.
