MARCUS WAS GREAT!! WE WERE FIRST TIME BUYERS WITHOUT A CLUE. HE TOOK US THROUGH BUYING OUR HOME STEP BY STEP. HE TOLD US TO GET A HOLD OF HIM FOR ANYTHING AND WE DID. WE ALMOST FELT WE CALLED WITH QUESTIONS DAY AND NIGHT BUT HE WAS SO UNDERSTANDING. WE WOULD ALWAYS SAY, "SORRY TO BOTHER YOU" AND HIS RESPONSE WAS, "ITS NOT A BOTHER IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUESTIONS CALL ME BACK." IT WAS NOT ONLY HIM SAYING THAT, YOU COULD TELL HE REALLY WAS SINCERE. WE BOUGHT OUR HOME IN APRIL, AND WE LOST SOME OF OUR INFO. IN MOVING OUR E-MAIL AND HE STILL HAS HELPED US TO GET OUR INFO, MONTHS AFTER. HE IS A HARD WORKING, FAMILY MAN WHO IS A TRULY HAS A GOOD HEART AND IS THERE TO HELP FAMILIES LIKE OURS TO FIND A HOME THAT IS JUST RIGHT FOR THEM. |

Last year I was a successor trustee for my godfather who lived in Redlands. When he passed away I needed to sell his house quickly and from a distance (I live in SF region) Marcus Curtis was professional, knowledgeable, and sold the house in less than 30 days for full asking price.
