Monika and Marisa are great ! From the start to the Finish ---- "Fight , Fight, Fight"

From the very beginning from our first call to Marisa she gave both myself and my husband hope of owning a home something we thought was so out of reach. Marisa after listening to me and after asking me a few questions she said we'll have to bring you into the Inland Empire I responded with an Ok not really thinking of moving out of Orange County which was my home my entire life, my husband just said ok so we started the process. Our first search was with Monika she greeted us with a smile and such enthusiasm saying to us "Are you ready to start" and I'm still thinking, Tony and I are actually looking for a home still not realizing that one day we would have a home of our own which is the one thing I have always wanted for my husband Tony so we proceeded to follow Monika out of the office. Through the entire process Marisa & Monika made things so easy and still today answering questions that still come up. Moving into the Inland Empire was meant for me and Tony it's awhole new start for us.

Marisa and Monika were awesome. They were professional and very honest. They wanted to ensure that I was happy with my selection. They were very helpful and on time. Monika was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I enjoyed doing business with them.

Marisa and Monika never stopped working for us. They answered my million questions with smiles on their faces. They found us a great place to live.

I bought a house and I got Marisa's and Monika's services. They worked hard, Marisa told me if a reffered a friend to her and Monika, she will give me $200. I did reffered one of my friends he bought a house in Corona with Marisa's and Monika's help. Marisa never gave me the $200, it's not about money it's about lies and promises. they were both very professional and on time for our many appointments to look for homes. i mainly dealt with marisa, and she would answer my phone calls and emails in a timely mannor, and was a joy to work with. she had a lot of positive energy and helped me through the lending process as well. i had sent some of my friends her way, but at the moment they were not all ready. i would continue to do business with her in the future when i am ready for house number 2!!

We had a very wonderful experience with Marisa and Monika. Not only did they help us purchase our first home, but we made friends along the way. Monika was very thorough in accommodating our needs and wishes. She quickly got back to us on questions we had. She was also very patient with us. Over all, it was a very positive experience.
