Mercury was incredibly responsive. We often felt as if we were his only clients, although we knew he was working with many people. He was patient with us, and he really seemed to have a sense of exactly what we wanted in a home.

After the initial meeting with him and discussing the listing of the property I left for an overseas asignment. Mercury worked with me in handling the details and a kept me informed via the internet and phone calls when they were timely. In a short period of time, less than 60 days, the house closed at asking price with no drama; just full professional service from listing to closure.
