Michelle is very hard-working, knowledgeable, professional, timely, friendly, and a great negotiator. Our financial situation put us in a rock and a hard place. Other real estate agents wouldn't give us the time of day. Michelle believed in us and stayed positive. We ended up getting our absolute dream house, which we thought was out of our league. We've lived here a few months now, and we love the house and land more and more everyday. Thanks Michelle! We recommend you to everyone :-)

Michelle worked her tail off for us. She was up late writing offers, looking at houses with us, and always full of helpful info and advice. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. She did everything in her power to get our escrow closed on time, which included several sacrifices on her part. We were so pleased with her dedication and effort that when we had our housewarming party, we made her our guest of honor!

Michelle was easy going, we never felt pressured in any way. She took our family needs into consideration and that made a world of diff for us in buying a new home.

Michelle has gone above and beyond her call of duty, throughout our search (and many unsuccessful offers) and throughout escrow to make sure all the details were taken care of. She was the main reason, in my opinion, that we were ultimately successful. I would (and have) recommend Michelle to anyone.

I am a REPEAT, REPEAT customer :)...having done many purchases with Michellis she is honest, and a "GREAT" agent. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new or second home, and I do often to others I meet. She works hard to get you any information you need, has vast knowledge of what is going on in the market and what is available, works over and beyond... to get you into your new home. RAVE REVEIWS ! she is an awesome agent works with you and understands your family needs she is just like family to me i would give her name to anybody.

Michelle Brittingham was amazing. Times were tough in the California housing market, but she got us an offer in the 1st month. That buyer fell through, but after numerous open houses and effort on Michelle's part we finally had not 1 but 3 solid offers! She was always friendly, thorough and efficient. We would highly recommend her.
