Scott was an impressive agent in many ways. We were a first time home buyer looking to buy a new home in a lower price range. To make matter worst, we're moving from San Francisco and was only able to come to Moreno Valley a few times. Scott lined up 14 houses in 1 day and was very efficient about everything. Then the in-laws was very critical about our buying decision and Scott answered all their questions perfectly. Lastly the buyer did a last minute change on us which required us to make an additional $3000 cash to close; Scott, along with our loan officer, fought for us and got a good portion of that money back. I'm planning to go back to San Francisco in 4 years after our job here is done, and I am sure to find Scott to sell my home next time.

Scott was very straight forward with the information that he gave us on the homes that we were interested in. We picked out some homes that we liked and he showed us those plus some other ones that he found. We ended up getting one of the homes that he found for us and couldn't be happier. Don't worry he is nothing like a corny car salesman and won't throw you some sales pitches. If you want honesty, please choose Scott as your agent.

From the first time that my wife and I met Scott it was a great experience. He took his time and found us a great property. Some of the houses we were looking at he would find something wrong and point it out right away to make sure that I had spotted it as well. He is/was a friend and reminded me of the way a Real Estate agent should always be.

A pleasure to work with, I have already recommended Scott to a few friends. As a first time home owner I had alot of questions and Scott was never too busy to answer a call or call right back. We looked at over 30 homes until I found what worked for me. Couldn't have made a better choice in picking a realator.

Scott was experienced, professional, and was always available on his cell or got back to us right away. As first time buyers, we needed someone to explain everything to us, and Scott was always willing to take the time. He's a nice guy and we felt that we could trust him. I would definitely use him again!

I would highly recommend Scott to anyone I know. He was a fantastic agent, available 24/7 and more patient than anyone I know. He followed thru with everything he promised, and even went so far as to help us with some repairs around the house after we moved in. He is a man of his word. We will absolutely use Scott again in the future.

I have to say that Scott was the best real estate agent ever. He made our search for a home very easy and walked us thru the whole process since it was our first time buying a house. He was always available during and after the process. We had an issue a few months after purchasing the home and he was still there for us. If ever buying a home again he would be the person I would call.

Scott was very easy to work with when we bought our home. He comes across as a normal person and didn't have any unpleasant, high pressure "salesman-like" behaviors. Scott was also very straightforward when discussing the relative merits and drawbacks of a property. He wasn't afraid to look at a house and say that we shouldn't even bother going inside.
