I love the esignature, but our bank made us sign the offer docs the old fashioned was anyway. Redfin does a good job with the interface with other parties, all by phone and email. In the end, we feel Katrina did as good a job as any other realtor, and we loved the rebate at at the end!

Working with Joe was great. He was very personal and was always available to answer questions.
